創建于1997年8月，現已逐步發展成集汽車缸套活塞、水力開發、發電、冶金、機械制造等綜合性企業集團。
匯華集團以水力開發、發電為主,充分利用電力資源優勢，優化合理配置項目投資。到目前為止，有已發電裝機13.5萬千瓦的小水電、在建水電裝機2.0萬千瓦，一座35千伏20000千伏安容量的變電所、1.25萬千伏安容量的冶煉爐6臺，年產工業硅3萬噸、年產200萬只汽車缸套的生產線、機械鑄造等項目。主要產品：電力、金屬硅、汽車缸套、機械鑄件等。集團總資產12.6億元。2001年以來 ，已連續多年榮獲市、區授予的“納稅大戶”和“十佳民營企業”的光榮稱號 。
并首開三明市先河，民營企業創辦“三明市匯華工業園”,現匯華工業園規劃用地總面積1840畝，已入駐企業20家,并初步建成以福建匯華集團有限公司為龍頭,以水電、冶煉、機械鑄造等為支柱的民營企業。

So far, there are 135000 kW of small hydropower, 20000 kW of hydropower under construction, a 35 kV 20000 KVA substation, 6 12500 KVA smelting furnaces, production lines and mechanical casting projects with an annual output of 30000 tons of industrial silicon and 2 million automobile cylinder liners. Main products: electric power, metal silicon, automobile cylinder liner, mechanical casting, etc. The total assets of the group are 1.26 billion yuan. Since 2001, it has won the honorary titles of "large taxpayer" and "top ten private enterprises" granted by the city and district for many consecutive years.
